Roles and Responsibilities:

→ Manage and organize inventory at the assigned warehouse, following the
FIFO method.
→ Ensure accurate reporting of inventory levels for all SKUs to the warehouse
manager.
→ Verify materials at vendor sites as per BOM before dispatching to project
sites, if required.
→ Coordinate with internal departments and external teams/transporters to
ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedules.
→ Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to achieve cost, productivity,
accuracy, and timeliness objectives.
→ Maintain warehouse hygiene, security, and housekeeping.
→ Track rental agreements and utility payments.
→ Develop a hiring ecosystem for manpower and arrange transport as needed.

Mandatory Requirements:

→ Graduate in any discipline.
→ 1-2 years of progressive experience in SCM/Procurement.
→ Vendor management skills.
→ Proficiency in the local language.
→ Good knowledge of MS Word/Excel.

Additional Requirements:

→ Prior experience working with intercity and intracity transporter companies.
→ Owns a 2-wheeler and driving license.
→ Proficiency in Hindi and English with assertive communication skills.
