Responsibilities:

  • Conduct candidate screenings, assessments, and technical interviews.
  • Develop search strategies and provide valuable insights to position VeriPark as an

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to fill positions within required timelines.
  • Provide guidance to internal clients on technical talent needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools effectively.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of technical recruitment experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven track record in sourcing and hiring technical talent.
  • Knowledge of .Net, C#, and Dynamics CRM/PowerApps.
  • Strong proficiency in technical recruitment across IT domains.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism and integrity in recruitment activities.
