As a Customer Service Engineer at GE Healthcare, you will perform services and
maintenance activities on customers’ sites, ensuring the optimal functioning of medical
equipment like Cath lab, CT, MR, and ULS. Join us in creating a world where healthcare

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

➢ Perform on-site life extensions, repairs, and inspection-related service activities for
installed fleets.
➢ Supervise construction and commissioning of new and existing equipment at
customer sites.
➢ Execute policy/strategy, broadening knowledge of technical discipline.
➢ Resolve technical issues within established procedures, consulting senior team
members as needed.
➢ Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between
customer and GE Healthcare.

Location:

Based out of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

Required Qualifications:

➢ Basic experience in Services & Field Services.
➢ Minimum 3+ years of experience in servicing medical equipment, preferably
Cathlab, CT, MR, ULS.
➢ Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical or Electronics & Communication (preferred).

Desired Skills:

➢ Strong oral and written communication skills.
➢ Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
