Job Summary:

➢ Ensure timely delivery of project(s) to customers meeting
estimated/planned timelines and quality requirements.
➢ Lead projects of significant organizational profile, making trade-off
decisions to deliver solutions meeting customer’s technical requirements
and timelines.
➢ Maintain high and effective customer engagement level.

Roles & Responsibilities:

➢ Initiate and plan projects, monitor and control project progress, ensure
process adherence and improvements, and quality assurance.
➢ Ensure timely and qualitative project delivery as per the estimate/plan while
continuously improving delivery performance.
➢ Manage Risk – Mitigate risks and identify new risks constantly, planning
mitigation strategies.
➢ Staff project teams with employees possessing the right profile as per
project requirements.
➢ Create and implement effective customer engagement and escalation
management processes.
➢ Provide inputs on project plan, effort estimation, project risks, technology
selections, and quality requirements.
➢ Create project ramp-down risk mitigation plans.
➢ Ensure compliance with organizational processes such as goal setting,
assessment, feedback, and development plans for team members.
➢ Address team and employee issues and concerns.
➢ Mentor and plan training for employee capability development.

Education and Experience Required:

Engineering graduate, MCA, etc.

Competencies Description:

Project management in TnM/RA/FPP/Licensing mode. Overall customer management,
revenue/margin control and tracking, people management, process implementation,
third-party handling, Risk and dependency management, cost and schedule management.
