Role Overview:

As the Assistant Manager of Global Lineups, you will lead a team responsible for expanding
and maintaining Lineup Data to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and meet product delivery
deadlines. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, establishing effective
communication pathways, and fostering high-performing teams with a positive culture.

Responsibilities:

➢ Lead day-to-day operations and customer projects to achieve established goals and
budgets.
➢ Develop short-term and long-term goals aligned with management objectives.
➢ Manage and distribute workloads for the team, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
➢ Administer HR support, including payroll, holiday requests, and contract renewals.
➢ Conduct performance appraisals and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
➢ Proactively identify and implement efficiencies to improve workflows.
➢ Coordinate efforts with other Gracenote divisions to meet joint strategic
objectives.
➢ Perform coverage reviews and organize client field tests as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

➢ Graduate in any field with proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
➢ Willingness to work in a 24/7 operation, including evenings and weekends.
➢ Proficient in MS Excel, Google Suite, and MS Office products.
➢ Effective organizational, leadership, analytical, and time management skills.
➢ At least one year of experience as a team lead.
➢ Confidence to work in a self-directed, fast-paced environment.
