Job Overview:

Develop and execute comprehensive rewards strategies for Compensation and Global
Benefits. Collaborate with global leaders to design and implement diverse compensation
and benefits programs across regions. Lead critical cyclical processes, ensuring fairness
and alignment with organizational objectives.

Areas of Responsibility:

➢ Collaborate with global leaders to develop and implement global compensation
and benefits strategies.
➢ Lead the design and implementation of diverse compensation and benefits
programs tailored to our global workforce.
➢ Oversee cyclical processes, ensuring fairness and consistency across the
organization.
➢ Develop communication plans to articulate rewards programs effectively to
stakeholders.
➢ Provide leadership to a team of compensation and benefits professionals.
➢ Conduct regular assessments to evaluate program effectiveness and propose
enhancements.
➢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
➢ Drive discussions and negotiations on compensation-related matters.

Skills & Experience:

➢ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications preferred.
➢ Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in designing and implementing global
rewards programs.
➢ Experience leading and mentoring compensation and benefits professionals.
➢ Strong knowledge of global compensation and benefits trends and regulatory
requirements.
➢ Demonstrated experience in market/global line of business compensation.
➢ Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
