About the Job:

Nielsen is seeking a professional Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging
learning experiences. The role involves utilizing modern learning methods and tools to
facilitate effective knowledge acquisition for learners. As part of a global team, strategic
thinking and execution excellence are essential to create training tailored to various roles
and regions

Responsibilities:

➢ Design and develop learning solutions using modern methods and tools for content
operations.
➢ Employ sound instructional design methodologies to create high-quality
instructional materials and learning solutions.
➢ Collaborate with global teams and subject matter experts on course design,
development, and delivery.
➢ Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, manuals, and other aids.
➢ Stay current on policies, procedures, and skills relevant to Nielsen’s strategy and
values.
➢ Ensure training content accuracy and consistency through collaboration with
subject matter experts

Qualifications:

➢ 2-5 years of experience in instructional design and adult education program
development.
➢ Proficiency in learning technology, media design, authoring software, and
gamification.
➢ Advanced skills in software such as Easy generator, Absorb Create, Articulate
Storyline, or similar.
➢ Experience with Learning Management Systems, user support, and program
management.
➢ Portfolio demonstrating education development and design work.
➢ Excellent English proficiency in speaking and writing.
➢ Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
