About the job

As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at ThinkPalm, you will be responsible for
architecting, designing, and developing software in collaboration with cross-functional
teams. Your role will involve ensuring the quality of the delivered software, participating
in software planning, and providing valuable feedback to enhance product features and
developer experience.

Job Responsibilities

→ Bachelor’s degree with approximately 6 years of deep working experience in
Protocol Development in an Embedded Software environment, or Academic level
with 4 years’ experience.
→ Expertise in one or more Wireless IoT protocols with hands-on experience in their
implementation and low-level drivers interacting with radio hardware.
→ Proficiency in all aspects of software engineering, including coding and testing,
with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
→ Good written and verbal communication skills.
→ Very good knowledge of embedded software development and Processor
Architecture.
→ Very good experience in C programming and designing/developing software in
deeply embedded platforms.
→ Working experience with Software development methodologies (Agile, SW
testing, etc.) and SCM (Git, SVN, etc.).
→ Working experience with 32-bit RISC processor architectures such as ARM CortexM.

Desirable:

→ Expertise in 802.15.4 and Zigbee and/or Thread with deep knowledge of their
implementation.
→ Expertise in Bluetooth Classic and/or Bluetooth Low Energy with deep knowledge
of their implementation.
→ Hands-on working experience of interaction of these protocols with radio
hardware and User-Application APIs.
