About the job:

As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in simplifying complex workflows and
shaping user experiences for Aerros. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop
wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes, and contribute to the evolution of our design
language and marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

→ Learn and improve existing core workflows in Aerros
→ Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for new features and products
→ Establish a universal design language & UI component library
→ Analyze user data to inform design decisions
→ Interact directly with customers to understand user needs and preferences

→ You have experience with Figma and Adobe Suite
→ You excel at simplifying complex workflows

→ You have a positive attitude and excellent written communication skills

Minimum Qualifications:

→ 2+ years’ experience as a UI/UX Designer in SaaS (B2B preferred)
→ Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite
→ Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices
→ Functional understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS

Preferred Qualifications

→ 3+ years’ experience in UI/UX design for data-heavy B2B SaaS products
→ Experience with animation libraries and CMS platforms
