About the Job:

We seek a dynamic Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst to collaborate with our Data
Science and Product teams. You’ll develop and apply analytical models from AiDash
products/platforms, enabling clients to derive significant business value and achieve
substantial savings in operating expenses.

Job Responsibilities:

➢ Engage closely with clients and Engagement Managers to grasp core business
challenges
➢ Independently deconstruct business problems into structured elements solvable
by AI
➢ Collaborate closely on model development, offering valuable business insights
➢ Utilize analytical techniques to drive data-guided decision-making for clients and
teams
➢ Foster innovation by generating problem-solving ideas and continuously improving
processes
➢ We seek individuals with strong numerical aptitude, self-motivation, and
meticulous attention to detail. In our tight-knit organization, you’ll gain exposure
to various work streams.

What We’re Looking For:

➢ Bachelor’s degree in an analytical/technical discipline from a prestigious institution
like IIT/NIT/BITS, etc.
➢ 0-3 years of experience in the business analytics domain
➢ Excellent communication skills
➢ Ability to work independently and deliver projects punctually
➢ Proficiency in business analytics tools such as Python, SQL, R, or Excel is
advantageous
➢ Prior experience with AI/ML models is desirable
