Qualifications:

➢ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

➢ 2+ years of experience in HR roles.

➢ Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
    → Create and post job listings on job boards and company website.
    → Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
    → Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
    → Assist in the selection and onboarding of new employees.
  2. Employee Onboarding:
    → Facilitate the new hire orientation process.
    → Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed.
    → Assist new employees in getting acclimated to company culture and policies.
  3. Employee Relations:
    → Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
    → Help resolve workplace conflicts and issues in a fair and timely manner.
    → Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  4. Benefits Administration:
    → Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance and retirement
    plans.
    → Assist employees with benefit inquiries and enrolment.
    → Ensure compliance with benefit regulations.
  5. Training and Development:
    → Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
    → Support career development initiatives and performance improvement plans.
  6. Compliance and Policy Management:
    → Ensure company policies and procedures are communicated and followed.
    → Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to maintain compliance.
  7. Performance Management:
    → Collaborate with managers on performance review processes.
    → Help establish performance goals and track progress.
  8. Data Management and Reporting:
    → Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
    → Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
