The Role:

Razorpay is seeking a dynamic and motivated Performance Marketing Associate to join its
growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with senior performance marketing
professionals to develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring
new B2B users for Razorpay. Gain invaluable experience across all facets of performance
marketing, from campaign management to data analysis.

Role & Responsibilities:

→ Assist senior performance marketing professionals in managing and optimizing
paid advertising campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook
Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a focus on B2B audiences.
→ Conduct keyword research and analyze competitor strategies to identify high performing keywords and target segments.
→ Aid in creating and A/B testing ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign
elements.
→ Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate Daily/
Monthly/weekly reports to identify areas for improvement.
→ Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
→ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, sales) to ensure
smooth campaign execution and alignment with overall business goals.

Mandatory Qualifications:

→ 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing in B2B performance marketing.
→ Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
→ Experience with basic campaign management on paid advertising platforms like
Google Ads and Facebook Ads. LinkedIn ads (a Plus).
→ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to learn and interpret data.
→ Strong communication and presentation skills.
→ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
→ A passion for learning and staying updated on the latest trends in digital marketing.
