About the job:

Remitly is looking for an accomplished Senior Technical Product Manager to join our
dynamic Seattle team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and
driving the strategy for the next-generation Customer Success platform.
You will understand internal and external customer pain points, build strategies to address
them, and unlock new value for customers and Remitly.
You will guide both Product and Technology investment decisions, working closely with
engineers, designers, analytics, operations, and other platform product managers.

Job Responsibilities:

✓ Develop and articulate a clear platform/product vision aligned with the overall
company strategy.
✓ Drive end-to-end product planning, road mapping, prioritization, and execution in
collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
✓ Advocate for customers by using feedback, data analysis, and market research to
develop and deliver compelling product features.
✓ Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team, encouraging idea
generation and problem-solving.
✓ Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings
to identify strategic opportunities and threats.
✓ Utilize market insights to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive
edge.

You Should Have:

✓ 8+ years of proven technical product management experience in B2B or B2C
companies.
✓ Strong track record of envisioning, delivering, and scaling platforms, ecosystems,
and tools.
✓ Experience in setting and implementing product strategy, road mapping, and
prioritization.
✓ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to
decision-making.
✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with diverse teams.
✓ BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred:

✓ Experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
✓ Fraud and Compliance domain expertise.
