About the job:
Join us as an Area Specialist, supporting administrative functions across 1-3 Customer
Center locations. Your role involves managing cash flow activities, ensuring compliance
with health & safety policies, and overseeing facility operations. You’ll also assist in HR and
Finance tasks, contributing to the seamless operation of our centers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer invoice disputes, manage credit memos, and handle cash & credit card
transactions. - Coordinate new customer and vendor account setups and changes, ensuring compliance
with GRNI. - Procure office supplies and manage office equipment and safety supplies.
- Handle office communications, including phone calls, mail processing, and filing.
- Organize training sessions and employee engagement events, including logistics and
supplies. - Collaborate with the Service Supervisor for facility maintenance and regulatory
compliance. - Assist in financial reporting and policy compliance monitoring.
- Support Area Operations Manager with reports, special projects, and requests.
Basic Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred, or
equivalent experience. - Proficiency in MS Office required; familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, ERP systems preferred.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements: - Occasional travel within the US (5-10%) for meetings and training.
