Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in following up on day-to-day sales orders and collections.
• Maintain meticulous records of sales transactions and customer communications.
• Collaborate closely with the support teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and
  resolve any customer inquiries or issues.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management review.
• Coordinate with the finance department to track and reconcile sales payments.
• Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and expanding
  market reach.
• Participate in International Trade Shows/Exhibitions and assist in maximizing
  sales leads.
• Make sales calls to discuss business opportunities, including blind calls and visits.
  Requirements:
• Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or smart undergraduates with a minimum of 1-
  year experience.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Enthusiastic, ambitious, and eager to learn and grow in an international sales
  environment.
• Ability to stay connected on WhatsApp and available for coordination on call after
  office hours.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Proficiency in Excel is required.
• Must be currently residing within the UAE, with preference for those living near
  JLT, Dubai.
