Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality and effective contractual reporting, KPIs & deliverables
  across the contract.
• Oversee the continuous improvement framework across the client’s Engineering
  and Facilities Management functions.
• Manage and track continuous improvement initiatives and innovation programs.
• Create and manage reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  Requirements:
• Degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Asset Management, Business
  Management, or equivalent.
• Relevant Certification in Continuous Improvement and Innovation (ISO/IMS Lead
  Auditor certification preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in management, with at least 3 years focused on driving
  continuous improvement and innovation programs.
• Ability to create effective reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
