Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee high-end luxury villa construction projects from start to
    finish.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
    standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project
    execution.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Manage project documentation, reports, and timelines.
    Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing high-end villa or luxury residential projects.
  • Strong background in construction, project management, and interior contracting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
