Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process for construction industry roles.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and find
  suitable candidates.
• Screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the
  company.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and manage job postings.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company recruitment policies.
  Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 4 years in the
  UAE/GCC region.
• Strong background in construction industry recruitment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Immediate joiners will have a significant advantage, but applicants with a onemonth notice period are also welcome to apply.
