Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of AVP –
Infrastructure within our Infrastructure division. This leadership position will be crucial
in overseeing all aspects of the organization’s infrastructure, ensuring it supports
business objectives, efficiency, growth, and high levels of reliability and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive infrastructure
strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives, identifying
opportunities for infrastructure improvements and advancements. - Infrastructure Management: Oversee physical facilities, including office spaces,
data centers, and warehouses, as well as technology infrastructure such as
servers, networks, and cloud resources. Ensure the availability, reliability, and
performance of infrastructure components. - Budget and Resource Management: Manage infrastructure budgets, allocate
resources effectively, and optimize operational costs for infrastructure projects
and ongoing maintenance. - Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing infrastructure team, fostering
a collaborative and innovative environment. - Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures and protocols,
ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage vendor relationships, negotiating
contracts and ensuring cost-effectiveness for infrastructure-related services. - Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain disaster
recovery and business continuity plans, conducting regular testing and
simulations for preparedness. - Infrastructure Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize performance,
scalability, and efficiency, identifying opportunities for adopting new technologies
and automation. - Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure
operations and compliance, developing policies and procedures to minimize
potential risks. - Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular reports on infrastructure
performance and expenses while maintaining detailed documentation for
configurations, procedures, and policies.
Qualifications, Experience & Competencies: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related fields. - 8+ years of proven experience in infrastructure management with strong
technical knowledge of servers, networks, and data centers. - Extensive experience in Azure Cloud Infrastructure including Azure Resource
Manager, Virtual Machines, Networking, and Security services. - Proficiency in Azure security tools, such as Azure Security Center, Azure Firewall,
and Azure Sentinel. - Strong knowledge of VAPT methodologies and tools, including vulnerability
scanning and ethical hacking techniques. - Experience with Web Application Firewalls (preferably in Azure, e.g., Azure
Application Gateway with WAF). - Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST Cybersecurity Framework or ISO
27001. - Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and budget
management skills. - Certifications like Azure Certified Administrator, CISSP, or Certified Ethical Hacker
(CEH) are a plus. - Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
