Job Overview:
WalkingTree Technologies is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to
support HR strategy, manage key HR initiatives, and drive internal HR transformation.
The HRBP will be instrumental in implementing the onboarding process, supporting
change management, and handling employee relations matters. This role ensures smooth
HR service delivery and process standardization across the region.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Process: Execute the end-to-end onboarding process for new
    employees at the organizational, functional, and SBU levels.
  • Employee Engagement: Track employee engagement during the onboarding
    phase, conducting regular check-ins on Day 3, Week 3, and Month 3 before
    probation completion.
  • Change Management: Support and influence HR strategy and change management
    processes to ensure smooth HR transformation.
  • Employee Relations: Advise stakeholders on handling Employee Relations
    matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance
    management. Conduct exit interviews and oversee the employee exit process.
  • Performance Improvement Plans (PIP): Support the implementation of PIPs for
    employees either during probation extension or annual performance reviews.
  • Record Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage employee
    records, including personnel files, attendance data, leave data, and salary
    payments.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and the Shops & Establishment
    Act as applicable in the region.
  • HR Services: Support the delivery of end-to-end HR services and standardize HR
    processes across the region to ensure effective service delivery.
    Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM). A
    background in Psychology is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-8 years of progressive experience in Business HR, with a focus on
    change management, employee relations, and process standardization.
    Skills:
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on results and process orientation.
  • Excellent relationship management, collaboration, and listening skills.
  • Ability to drive change and influence key stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both Hindi and English for effective communication.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations in India.
