Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calls.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and
repeat business. - Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Present and demonstrate telecommunications products to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as management sets them.
- Collaborate with team members to share strategies and best practices.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a degree in business or a related field, is
a plus. - Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications
industry. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
