About the Role:
As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that guests receive
excellent service every day. You will work closely with the front office team to monitor and
improve service quality, ensuring that Hyatt’s standards are consistently met. This is an
ideal entry-level opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, passionate about guest
service, and eager to grow in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the quality of service in the front office to ensure guests have a great experience.
- Collect and analyze guest satisfaction data and prepare reports.
- Work with the front office team to maintain and enhance Hyatt’s service standards.
- Assist in training team members on quality and service protocols.
- Use computer systems to track and report on guest satisfaction metrics.
- Be flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications:
- A strong passion for guest experience and service excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in hotel operations or quality assurance, with a good understanding of Hyatt standards.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data analysis, reporting, and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Able to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts.
- Proficient in computer skills; experience with Medallia is a plus.
- A genuine desire to meet the needs of others and deliver outstanding service.
- Familiarity with front office operations is important.
