About the Role:

As a Sales Manager – Corporate & Groups, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth
for One&Only Royal Mirage. Reporting to senior management, your responsibilities
include developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing relationships with key clients,
and managing designated accounts to maximize revenue. You will engage in proactive lead
generation, negotiate contracts, and ensure that all communications and proposals reflect
our high standards. Your strategic insights and ability to manage both short- and long-term
business objectives will be critical in positioning our resort as the top choice for corporate
and group events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Development: Identify and target potential clients and key accounts for One&Only
    Royal Mirage.
  • Sales Execution: Meet and exceed sales targets for designated accounts/markets through
    proactive lead generation, contract negotiations, and tailored proposals.
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies
    to drive awareness and revenue growth.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through
    regular communication, meetings, and site inspections.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitors’ activities, assess market trends, and adjust
    strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams, assisting in new
    initiatives and facilitating smooth handovers between departments.
  • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts/markets,
    addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Operational Support: Oversee the planning and logistics of group and event bookings,
    ensuring that all client requirements are met.

Skills, Competencies, and Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Diploma or qualification in Hospitality Management is required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proven experience as a sales Manager, preferably with a focus on corporate and group sales.
  • Ability to meet high-level targets and manage P&L budgets effectively.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and developing tailored proposals.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead through influence.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
