About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our spare parts
operations within Maruti Suzuki. Your work will involve using SAP to manage and forecast
parts demand, coordinate vendor schedules, and oversee inventory management across
warehouses and regional parts centres. Additionally, you will generate MIS reports and
work on improving the overall efficiency of parts inventory management and forecasting
processes.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Demand Forecasting: –
Analyze and predict spare parts demand to ensure optimal stock levels.
→ Vendor Scheduling: –
Coordinate with vendors to schedule timely deliveries.
→ Inventory Management: –
Manage and monitor inventory levels across warehouses and regional parts
centres.
→ Stock Transfer Oversight: –
Oversee stock transfers from the mother warehouse to regional parts
centres.
→ Reporting: –
Generate and maintain MIS reports to track inventory and operational
performance.
→ Process Optimization: –
Continuously improve parts inventory management processes and
forecasting accuracy using SAP.
Requirements:
→ Proven work experience in a similar role within the automotive or supply chain
industry is preferred.
→ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
→ Proficiency in using SAP for inventory and demand forecasting.
→ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
