About the Role

As a Weekly Video Editor, you’ll support Alvaro Hernandez in launching their YouTube channel.
Edit 8–15 minute long-form videos weekly from ~30 minutes of raw footage, ensuring
polished, engaging content that aligns with the creator’s vision and helps establish their
channel’s identity.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Editing & Delivery:
o Edit 1 video per week (8–15 minutes) with basic sound effects and B-roll
integration.
o Trim raw footage (~30 minutes) into cohesive, viewer-friendly narratives.
→ Collaboration:
o Provide constructive feedback on content structure and workflow efficiency.
o Guide the creator to refine their video production process.
→ Timeliness:
o Deliver projects weekly with strict adherence to deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience editing for small or new YouTube channels.
• Proficiency in basic sound design and access to B-roll libraries.
• Ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

• Familiarity with niche-specific editing styles (e.g., vlogs, tutorials).
