About the Role:

TopRope is a rising storytelling WWE YouTube Channel under the LPX Media brand, which
also includes other sports channels like HighlightHut and HighlightHoops. We’re looking
for writers who have real experience in storytelling through video using clip selection,
creative writing, and a mix of graphics and edits. Your work will help drive engagement
and amplify our channel’s unique voice.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Scriptwriting:
o Write creative, engaging scripts that integrate clip selection, creative
writing, and graphic elements tailored for a WWE YouTube Channel.
→ Collaboration:
o Work closely with the creative team and production staff to ensure scripts
align with the channel’s specific style and tone.
→ Content Optimization:
o Deliver high-quality writing that is easy to tweak, enabling more frequent
posting.
→ Adaptability:
o Embrace feedback and make rapid revisions to maintain the channel’s
unique voice and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • A strong sense of storytelling and the creativity to build narratives from
    minimal information.
  • Ability to tell stories with a sense of humor and in an engaging format that
    resonates with the audience.
  • Skilled at sourcing relevant high-definition clips and shaping scripts
    around existing footage.
  • Ability to brainstorm and develop storylines that span multiple pieces of
    content.
  • Comfortable working quickly and meeting tight deadlines without
    sacrificing quality.
  • Able to take initiative and collaborate effectively with a team.
  • A sharp eye for detail, particularly in scripting videos.
  • Most importantly—a genuine passion for YouTube content and a constant
    drive to improve your craft.
