About the Role:

As a Trainee Nurse at Apollo Hospitals, you will join a leading healthcare network in
Ahmedabad, providing foundational nursing care under supervision. You will support
senior nurses and medical staff in delivering compassionate patient services, ensuring
comfort and safety, and maintaining clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Patient Care Support: Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, and basic
patient hygiene.
→ Vital Monitoring: Record and report vital signs, fluid intake/output, and patient
observations.
→ Medication Assistance: Administer medications and injections under
supervision, ensuring correct dosage and documentation.
→ Wound & Personal Care: Support wound dressing, bed baths, and mobility
assistance for patients.
→ Documentation: Maintain accurate nursing records, charts, and patient logs in
compliance with hospital protocols.
→ Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams during ward rounds and
in emergency response.

Requirements:

→ Diploma (GNM) or Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. Nursing) from a recognized institution.
→ Up to 2 years of clinical experience, including internships or hospital rotations.
→ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and patient-focused
approach.
→ Ability to work flexible shifts and handle urgent situations calmly.
→ Basic proficiency in using medical equipment and electronic record-keeping
systems.
