As Design Manager for Growth on Document Cloud (Acrobat, Sign, Scan, etc.), you will
lead a multidisciplinary team focused on user acquisition, engagement, and
monetization. You’ll shape the end-to-end user journey, blending strategic vision with
hands-on execution to drive Product-Led-Growth (PLG) initiatives across Adobe’s
fastest-growing cloud product line.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate & Partner:
Work with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Research to
identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
Design Vision & Execution:
Combine strategic thinking with design leadership to optimize acquisition funnels
while elevating end-to-end user experiences.
Mentorship & Development:
Coach and develop your designers—helping them overcome challenges, grow
their skills, and set clear career goals.
Customer-Driven Design:
Leverage user research and data insights to inform design decisions and validate
hypotheses.
Innovation & Influence:
Stay UpToDate on current industry trends and emerging tools, and evangelize PLG
best practices across Adobe.
Advocacy & Education:
Build alignment with cross-functional teams, share PLG insights internally, and
represent Adobe at industry events.
Effective Communication:
Present design strategies and concepts clearly to senior leadership and partners,
demonstrating how design drives business impact.

Requirements:

→ 10+ years in product design, with a strong track record of launching successful,
scalable products.
→ 5+ years managing and growing design teams, from junior designers to senior ICs.
→ Proven ability to lead research-driven design, synthesize user insights, and align
them with business goals.
→ Experience working in large, distributed organizations and navigating complex
stakeholder environments.
→ Deep business acumen, with the ability to prioritize projects for maximum impact.
→ Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
→ Passion for customer-centric design, accessibility, and inclusive experiences.
