About the Role:

As the Talent Partner for Tech & Product at Fi, you’ll own end-to-end hiring for engineering
and product teams—building high-impact rosters that align with company objectives and
culture. You’ll partner closely with founders and hiring managers to translate strategic
goals into recruitment roadmaps, leveraging data and candidate insights to continuously
improve processes and deliver exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies
aligned to Fi’s growth roadmap, balancing technical skill, culture fit, and learning
potential.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, and close senior to mid-level engineering
and product candidates across front-end, back-end, data, and product
management specialties.
Process Optimization: Continuously refine our recruitment playbook—
collecting feedback, tracking metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, NPS), and driving
efficiencies without compromising candidate experience.
Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, using data
storytelling to influence hiring decisions, set priorities, and mobilize teams toward
execution.
Market Intelligence: Analyze talent market trends to inform compensation
benchmarking, employer branding, and proactive pipelining of critical hires.

Requirements:

→ 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically hiring for Engineering and
Product roles in high-growth tech environments.
→ Proven track record building exceptional technical teams through active sourcing,
networking, and relationship management.
→ Strong data acumen—comfortable using ATS, recruitment analytics, and custom
dashboards to measure and drive performance.
→ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence
senior leaders and deliver a world-class candidate experience.
→ Demonstrated ability to own and scale recruitment processes end-to-end, from
requisition through onboarding.
→ Passion for startup culture—nimble, resourceful, and committed to continuous
improvement.
