About the Role:
As Performance Marketing Manager, you will spearhead Fi’s user acquisition and re
engagement efforts across affiliate networks, social platforms, and search channels.
You’ll own the strategy and execution of high-impact campaigns, driving scale,
optimization, and growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:
→ Affiliate Marketing: Onboard and manage high-quality affiliate partners to drive
new user acquisitions and app re-engagement.
→ Paid Social Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram
install campaigns for scale and efficiency.
→ Search & UAC: Execute Google Universal App Campaigns (UAC) to maximize
installs and minimize cost-per-acquisition.
→ Planning & Execution: Develop monthly acquisition plans, track spend vs.
targets, and ensure quality benchmarks are met.
→ Growth Hacking: Identify new channels and tactics, experiment rapidly, and
iterate on acquisition funnels.
→ A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and run data-driven tests across creative,
campaign structures, platforms, and commercial models.
→ Reporting & Operations: Build and maintain internal dashboards, validate
partner performance, and support financial reconciliation.
→ Thought Leadership: Establish best practices for paid installs and acquisitions,
and contribute to broader growth strategy discussions.

Requirements:
→ 3+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally at an agency or growth
stage startup.
→ Proven expertise with affiliate networks, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google UAC.
→ Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets and
A/B test results.
→ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to distill
complex data into clear recommendations.
→ Self-starter with a bias for action, comfortable in ambiguous environments and
capable of rapid iteration.
→ Passion for fintech, user acquisition strategies, and building brands from the
ground up.
