About the Role:

As Collections – Agency Lead, you will manage and optimize relationships with external
collection agencies, ensuring they deliver results aligned with Fi’s strategic goals. You’ll
conduct monthly audits, drive performance improvements, and act as the primary liaison
between clients, internal stakeholders, and agency partners to ensure high-quality,
timely collections operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Agency Visits: Conduct monthly on-site or virtual reviews to verify agency
compliance with Fi’s guidelines, processes, and SLAs.
Agency Management: Lead and nurture partnerships with external agencies,
setting clear performance targets and monitoring adherence to budgets and
timelines.
Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Operations teams to
align agency efforts with Fi’s broader business objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics (e.g., recovery rates, call quality) and
identify opportunities for process and performance enhancements.
Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve operational challenges,
ensuring seamless agency workflows and client satisfaction.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present agency performance dashboards,
insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Process Improvement: Continuously refine agency engagement processes to
boost efficiency, quality, and consistency.

Requirements:

→ 2+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in collections agency
management or similar roles.
→ Prior exposure to collections lifecycle and tele-collections processes, preferably
in banking, NBFC, or fintech.
→ Familiarity with CRM systems and experience tracking performance metrics.
→ Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
→ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
→ Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace.
