About the Role:
As a Specialist Account Executive on the Service Cloud team, you will own the
go‑to‑market strategy and quota for Service Cloud within Financial Services accounts in
South India. Partnering with Core Account Executives, you’ll drive adoption of
Salesforce’s leading customer service platform—helping banks, insurers, and wealth
firms transform their support operations and elevate customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
→ Territory Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted sales plan for Financial
Services accounts, identifying upsell and new‑logo opportunities.
→ Pipeline Generation: Prospect and qualify new leads through targeted outreach,
industry events, and executive engagements.
→ Value‑Based Selling: Lead discovery and solution workshops; articulate ROI and
business outcomes enabled by Service Cloud (e.g., omni‑channel support, AI
chatbots, case management).
→ Full Sales Cycle: Manage end‑to‑end sales—from RFP responses and solution
design with Sales Engineers to negotiation and deal closure.
→ Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and
partners to deliver seamless implementations and customer success.
→ Quota Attainment: Consistently exceed annual sales targets through new
business and expansions; maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce.

Requirements:
→ Experience: 5+ years selling contact‑center or customer‑service technology into
financial institutions.
→ Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with banking, insurance, or wealth‑management
workflows.
→ Technical Acumen: Understanding of Service Cloud features (Omni‑Channel,
Einstein Bots, Service Console, Knowledge Base).
→ Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and C‑level engagement
capabilities.
→ Communication: Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to
translate technical capabilities into business value.
→ Collaboration: Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally to drive complex deals
to successful outcomes.
