About the Role:
As a Compliance Manager reporting to the Vice President, you will draft, review, and
negotiate a variety of commercial and technology contracts. You will monitor legislative
changes, advise on compliance, and ensure all agreements align with company policies
and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
→ Contract Drafting & Review:
o Prepare and review MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, vendor/supplier agreements, SaaS
contracts, and service provider agreements.
→ Regulatory Monitoring:
o Track legislative and regulatory changes—especially in technology,
consumer protection, and data privacy—and advise on necessary policy
updates.
→ Negotiation & Finalization:
o Lead negotiations with business and external partners to secure
favourable terms, mitigate risk, and uphold legal standards.
→ Policy Alignment:
o Ensure all legal documents conform to MakeMyTrip’s group policies and
standards, updating templates and playbooks as needed.
→ Business Advisory:
o Provide timely legal guidance to stakeholders on compliance, risk
mitigation, and best practices to support strategic initiatives.

Qualification & Experience:
→ Education: LL. B from a recognized university.
→ Experience: 2–3 years in-house counsel or law firm, handling commercial
contracts and compliance matters.
→ Skills: Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills; deep understanding of
data privacy and technology regulations.
