About the Role:
As a Technical Program Manager at MakeMyTrip, you will own end‑to‑end delivery of
large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives. You’ll work closely with engineering, product,
QA, and business stakeholders to define project roadmaps, plan resources, and execute
with agility, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication throughout the software
development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
→ Program Ownership: Lead complex programs from definition through launch,
managing scope, schedule, and resources.
→ Planning & Estimation: Break down projects into deliverables, estimate effort,
and create detailed implementation plans.
→ Execution Oversight: Track progress across sprints, monitor test and bug
metrics, and report status to leadership.
→ Stakeholder Collaboration: Proactively identify and resolve dependencies,
manage escalations, and close communication gaps.
→ Agile Excellence: Champion best practices in Agile methodologies, facilitate
Scrum ceremonies, and continuously improve processes.

Requirements:
→ Experience: 7 – 10 years in program or project management within product,
technology, or startup environments.
→ Methodologies: Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks.
→ Tools: Expert user of Jira and/or Rally for backlog management and reporting.
→ Soft Skills: Strong communicator, adept at simplifying complexity and driving
alignment under tight deadlines.
→ Attributes: Self‑starter with a bias for action, able to juggle multiple programs and
deliver high quality results.

→ Domain Fit: Prior experience in consumer‑tech or travel‑tech companies is a
plus.
