Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Analyst (Wet Lab) to join our team in Malanpur.
This role is critical in ensuring the highest quality standards through rigorous testing, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance βοΈ.
The successful candidate will have strong hands-on laboratory skills and experience with wet lab analytical techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
π Maintain 24×7 audit readiness and support internal and regulatory audits
π Investigate and report deviations, OOS, OOT, and borderline results thoroughly
π Perform sample collection and analytical testing for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods
π Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity in analytical records and systems π
π Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments regularly
π Enforce compliance with cGMP, GLP, and safety protocols in lab operations
π Prepare and review department SOPs, STPs, and other quality documents
π Manage chemical inventory and labeling of samples with attention to detail
π Lead housekeeping and 5S initiatives for lab efficiency and safety π§Ή
π Support continuous improvement programs for QC efficiency enhancement β‘
π Collaborate with team members and management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
π― Masterβs degree in Chemistry
π― Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or API quality control labs
π― Proficiency in wet lab instruments such as Karl Fischer titrator, FTIR, UV, Polarimeter, and X-ray Diffraction
π― Strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP, audit processes, and data integrity practices
π― Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
π― Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in shifts as required
