About the Role:
Join PhonePe’s TechOps team to work on the backbone of high-impact, real-time financial technology.
You’ll analyze business processes, troubleshoot system issues, and design clever automations to help PhonePe deliver seamless digital payments day after day.
Work cross-functionally, solve meaningful problems, and become an integral part of India’s leading fintech growth story.

Key Responsibilities:
📌 Understand and analyze business processes and data flows; spot and resolve system issues
📌 Automate reporting and manual processes to boost accuracy and efficiency
📌 Collaborate with engineering, analytics, compliance, and external teams
📌 Define and surface key performance indicators to leadership
📌 Ensure seamless transaction flow and compliance with regulations
📌 Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Ideal Candidate Profile:
🎯 Exceptional written and verbal communication
🎯 Analytical, organized, and strong at problem-solving
🎯 Working knowledge of Java, Python, or similar programming languages
🎯 Familiarity with automation tools or data analysis frameworks is a plus
🎯 Previous experience or knowledge in stock broking or financial services (bonus)
🎯 Ability to thrive while multitasking and managing busy schedules
