About the Role:
As a Business Operations & Planning Specialist, you will support critical operational areas within professional services, including order processing, credits, billing, quality assurance, reporting, and governance.
You will contribute to process improvements, revenue management activities, and operational communications while working collaboratively in a dynamic, hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities:
π Support operational tasks such as order processing, credits, billing, time entry, and access management
π Maintain operational documentation and communications
π Manage Project & Operations Management (POM) communication channels
π Assist with month-end revenue management and issue resolution
π Propose process improvements and actively participate in operations conversations and tools
π Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
π― Experience supporting key operational functions and governance processes
π― Strong verbal and written communication skills
π― Familiarity with SAP tools for operational management
π― Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
π― Proactive problem-solving approach and willingness to contribute ideas
