About the Role:
💛 As Manager – HR Operations (Well-being Manager, Talent Development), you will co-lead EY India’s EY Cares framework, putting human well-being at the core of performance, culture, and leadership.You will design, operationalise, and measure signature well-being initiatives such as the Well-being Ally Program, Well-being Index, and Well-being Hub while driving data-led insights, stakeholder engagement, and program governance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • 📌 Strategic execution: Embed EY Cares across service lines, integrate physical, mental, social, and financial well-being into business and talent priorities, and align metrics with engagement surveys and leadership KPIs.
  • 🧩 Program design & delivery: Co-create well-being campaigns, thematic months, Leadership Labs, and evidence-based interventions; expand the Well-being Ally network to champion mental health and inclusion.
  • 🚨 Risk & crisis management: Support the High-Risk Well-being Playbook with HR, EAP, and healthcare partners while maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical standards in sensitive cases.
  • 📊 Analytics & measurement: Analyse data from the Well-being Index and engagement tools to identify trends and risk factors; translate insights into recommendations and contribute to quarterly/annual impact reporting.
  • 🤝 Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with regional well-being champions, Talent Brand, and Communications to humanise and amplify the well-being narrative and support storytelling and data-led communication around EY Cares.

Requirements:

  • 🎓 Master of Arts in Psychology and BBA, with 8–12 years in corporate well-being, HR, culture, or OD roles (4+ years HR Operations).
  • 🧠 Proven experience executing well-being or leadership culture programs; strong program management, data analysis, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • 💬 Excellent interpersonal ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders; high discretion in handling sensitive matters.
  • 🌱 Preferred: Background in psychology/behavioural science/occupational health, certifications in mindfulness/coaching/mental health first aid/resilience, and experience with digital health tools and engagement dashboards.
