About the Role:
🔧 As a Technical Support Specialist I (Graduate Engineer Trainee), you will provide first-level technical support for OpenBlue Enterprise Manager, analyzing VAC/BAS IoT data, troubleshooting issues, documenting cases, and collaborating with development/DevOps teams.You’ll ensure customer satisfaction through proactive resolutions and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- 📊 Analyze data flow from BAS to IoT platform, diagnose bad/unreliable data issues.
- 🛠️ Troubleshoot customer problems, document interactions in ticketing system, and collaborate for escalations.
- 📈 Identify query patterns for process improvements and participate in training/SOP development.
Requirements:
- 🎓 B.E/B.Tech degree with basic understanding of IoT, Python, PowerBI, Postman, Thermodynamics, and HVAC operations.
- 🔍 Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills with customer-centric approach.
- 💬 Ability to work independently/collaboratively with positive learning attitude.
