About the Role:
💻 Design, build, and own end-to-end solutions for complex automotive retail workflows on Tekion’s cloud-native platforms in fast-paced Chennai environment.
Take ownership from design through deployment, solve performance bottlenecks, and collaborate across product, QA, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 🏗️ Design/build solutions for complex business workflows; deliver slick user experiences with end-to-end component ownership.
  • 💻 Write high-quality code, solve performance issues, mentor juniors, and collaborate with management/product/QA/UI teams.
  • ⚙️ Build/scale microservices using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, MongoDB/MySQL, Kafka, ELK stack in fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements:

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related; 1.5–3 years relevant experience.
  • ☕ Excellent Java, object-oriented development; experience building/scaling microservices.
  • 🗄️ Strong RDBMS/NoSQL (MongoDB, MySQL); AWS, Spring Boot, Kafka, ELK stack experience.

Preferred:

  • 🔍 Strong problem-solving, debugging, performance optimization; cloud technologies experience.
  • 👥 Role model for code quality, strong ownership, communication in fast-paced environment.
