About the Role:
📋 12‑month apprenticeship for undergraduates to gain corporate experience in a structured, supportive environment, contributing to operational tasks and team goals.
Role is non‑engineering and focused on basic data entry, coordination, and support within collaborative teams while learning Fidelity processes and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- ⌨️ Perform basic data entry and operations tasks accurately under general supervision.
- 🤝 Work effectively in team environment with positive attitude, strong work ethic, and basic written/verbal communication.
- 🧮 Use OpenOffice/MS Office (Word, Excel) and recognize intersections between work groups to support shared objectives.
Requirements:
Eligibility:
- 🎓 Full-time undergraduates (any stream) graduating in 2024 or 2025; B.Com, BBA, B.Sc Stats preferred; no active backlogs.
- ❌ Engineering graduates are not eligible for this apprenticeship.
Skills & Traits:
- 🙂 Positive attitude, strong work ethic, basic written and verbal communication skills.
- 💻 Basic computer skills with MS Office/OpenOffice; ability to perform in team with general supervision.
