About the Role:
📊 Manage BAU operations (Currency, Capacity, Risk Remediation) and strategic group-wide initiatives with budgets $50K–$1M AUD, 15 matrix-managed global teams (up to 12 months duration).Oversee 3rd party vendors, global stakeholders, and deliver using common standards/tools while managing margins/revenue in fast-paced IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 💼 Manage complex projects: BAU operations + strategic initiatives ($50K–$1M AUD budgets, 15 global matrix teams, 12-month durations).
  • 🤝 Liaise with stakeholders across organizational levels globally; manage 3rd party partners/vendors.
  • ⚙️ Ensure delivery using .NET Core/Framework, Azure DevOps/Pipelines/CLI; adhere to standards, techniques, tools, processes.
  • 📈 Drive portfolio management with focus on margins/revenue; stakeholder communication and leadership.

Requirements:

Mandatory Competencies:

  • 👨‍💻 Programming: .NET Core, .NET Framework.
  • ☁️ Cloud: Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Azure CLI.
  • 🗣️ Behavioral: Communication, Stakeholder Management.
  • 📊 PM Skills: Delivery Management, Portfolio Management (Margins/Revenue).

Experience:

  • 💼 8+ years Technical Project Management in IT services/product engineering.
