About the Role:
🤖 Join a feature team as an AI/ML Software Engineer to engineer and maintain innovative, secure, high-performance solutions using Python and AI/ML techniques.
Work across the full lifecycle in permanent teams, integrating APIs, staying current on AI/ML trends, and collaborating with engineers, architects, and BAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 💻 Design, produce, test, and implement working code; build scripts/tools for complex AI/ML use cases.
  • 🔗 Integrate APIs for seamless data exchange; utilise AWS services to deploy/manage ML models.
  • 📚 Conduct research to stay updated on AI/ML trends (NLP, GenAI, LLMs, RAG) and apply them to customer-centric solutions.
  • 🤝 Collaborate with permanent feature teams through development, enhancement, maintenance, and decommission phases.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • 🐍 Proficiency in Python and AI/ML, including logistic regression, NER, deep learning, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
  • ☁ Ability to use AWS for deploying/managing ML models; experience with dev/bug tracking tools and wikis.

Background:

  • 🎓 B.Tech/M.Tech (preferably AIML/CS) with 0–1 year AI/ML experience; strong analytical/numerical problem-solving skills.
  • 💬 Strong communication, organization, time management, and task prioritization.

Mandatory:

  • 🧾 Must include GitHub ID score with name in the application for consideration.
