About the Role:
💻 Join the Information Technology team as a Junior/Entry Level Software Engineer working on Administrative Systems and modernization of aging applications.
Contribute across the SDLC: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, release, and maintenance, with strong focus on detail and process ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 📋 Collect, analyze, and document user requirements; communicate with team on projects, tools, procedures.
  • 🏗️ Design, modify, develop, and support software applications using OOP (C#), SQL databases, and ASP.NET web applications.
  • 🧪 Participate in validation via test plans/cases/scripts; follow full SDLC for new/modernized applications, including cloud migration.
  • 🚀 Potential to lead software development projects as experience grows.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • 👨‍💻 Strong C# and OOP; familiarity with Angular, Webservices, GraphQL, Git, relational databases.
  • 🧰 Experience with Entity Framework, Azure DevOps, SDLC and release management; Azure cloud migration is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • 📊 Excellent analytical, written, and oral English communication; attention to detail and ownership mindset.
