About the Role:
🔧 The ALM System Engineer operates and maintains global ALM systems (PTC RV&S, PTC Code beamer, IBM Jazz) as the primary contact for worldwide service support.Work in a global environment with external partners and internal GIT infrastructure team to ensure reliable, secure service availability for internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ⚙️ Operate/maintain ALM systems (PTC RV&S, Code beamer, IBM Jazz); ensure high service availability and SLA-based issue resolution.
  • 🔒 Manage security (patches, user/auth); execute minor/major updates; provide 2nd/3rd level user support.
  • 📅 Coordinate maintenance with customers; support functional extensions and customizing.

Requirements:

Knowledge & Education:

  • 📚 Community college diploma/certificate; Computer Science or related technical degree recommended.

Skills & Competencies:

  • 🖥️ General IT (SW/HW/Networks); strong Windows/Linux OS knowledge; SQL/DB systems.
  • ☁️ Experience with Azure/AWS cloud platforms; excellent spoken/written English.
