About the Role:
🔍 Create and deliver technical training for Avaloq Banking System covering core platform and customization interfaces.
Develop video content, live sessions, and certification courses for global implementation consultants and engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- 📊 Design training materials (videos, PowerPoints, exercises) for Avaloq Banking System customization.
- 🔧 Deliver online/in-person training across time zones to local/foreign employees and partners.
- 📈 Collaborate with multimedia team, technical writers, and SMEs to continuously improve course content.
Requirements:
Core Skills:
- 🛠️ CS degree; instructional design experience; excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- 🔒 Analytical mindset; ability to learn complex banking software; structured knowledge transfer approach.
