Assist classroom management, resource preparation, and student engagement promoting independence and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- 📊 Establish productive student relationships; implement IEPs; monitor learning responses; promote positive behavior.
- 🔧 Prepare resources/displays; supervise playground/swimming; support IT learning activities and group work.
- 📈 Contribute to school ethos; participate in performance management; undertake professional development.
Requirements:
Core Skills:
- 🛠️ GCSE C+ English/Math; primary children experience; resource preparation; additional learning needs support.
- 🔒 Effective communication; highly organized; team collaboration; KS1/KS2 curriculum knowledge.
