About the Role:
🔍 Lead execution of low-complexity projects ensuring compliance with procedures, regulations, and targets.
Manage project teams, financials, risks, and customer acceptance for VFDs, LV/MV drives, MCC/PCC panels.
Key Responsibilities:
- 📊 Monitor project progress/resources/financials; identify/quantify risks; drive formal customer acceptance.
- 🔧 Coordinate cross-functional teams (design/procurement/production/site) meeting milestones/expectations.
- 📈 Apply project scheduling techniques; implement corrective actions maintaining budget/timeline compliance.
Requirements:
Core Skills:
- 🛠️ 5+ years end-to-end project management; VFDs/LV-MV Drives/MCC/PCC panels execution experience.
- 🔒 Electrical/Electronic engineering background; cross-functional coordination; risk management expertise.
