About the Role:
🔍 Assist Chef de Cuisine managing Continental kitchen as independent profit center maximizing guest satisfaction.
Plan/organize/direct/control kitchen operations ensuring Hyatt International standards and financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- 📊 Supervise daily Continental kitchen operations; ensure food quality consistency; manage staff scheduling.
- 🔧 Control food costs/wastage; maintain HACCP hygiene standards; coordinate peak service operations.
- 📈 Train/develop kitchen brigade; handle guest feedback; drive outlet profitability through excellence.
Requirements:
Core Skills:
- 🛠️ 2+ years Sous Chef or 4+ years CDP luxury hotels; comprehensive kitchen hygiene/OH&S knowledge.
- 🔒 MS Office proficiency; recipe systems; high-volume operations; staff leadership capabilities.
Desired:
- 📊 Kitchen Production qualification; international luxury brand experience; Continental mastery.
