🔍 Lead Application Management Services (AMS) for multiple US clients managing incidents, SLAs and shared support operations.
Night shift role requiring SAP knowledge and client-facing expertise bridging delivery teams with US stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- 📊 Manage end-to-end AMS operations (incidents/service requests/changes); ensure SLA compliance and client satisfaction.
- 🔧 Conduct daily governance meetings; oversee offshore/onshore coordination; prepare performance dashboards/reports.
- 📈 Analyze ticket trends; drive process improvements; maintain documentation/SOPs/knowledge base entries.
Requirements:
Core Skills:
- 🛠️ 7+ years IT project management; SAP functional knowledge (FI/CO/MM/SD/PP); ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Remedy).
- 🔒 PMP/PRINCE2/Agile PM certification; US shift availability; strong client communication/leadership essential.
Desired:
- 📊 ITIL certification; S/4HANA exposure; multi-client shared support; global team management experience.
